6-week Class: Learn Mindfulness

Mindfulness is not an absence of thought; it is the returning to stillness—a simple mental focus—after we realize we are involved in a thought. In this 6-week class you will learn the practice of mindfulness through breathe, sound, body sensation, and thought. These life affirming tools will give you what you need to continue developing more peace, well-being, resilience, calm, emotion regulation, and compassion into your life.
