4-week On-line Series: Set Healthy Boundaries–Stop saying Yes when you need to say No!
Setting healthy boundaries are essential for living with peace and well-being. Healthy boundaries are the parameters, that give us what we need, to be able to show up as our best selves. As we become better at setting and keeping healthy boundaries, we reduce anxiety, depression, and other states of disharmony. Over these four weeks we will learn what healthy boundaries look like, where our limits are, and how to implement healthy boundaries into our lives. As we take better care of ourselves we show up to life, as the best version of who we are, more of the time.
